Careica Health believes that offering education and providing answers to common questions empowers you to make informed decisions about your diagnosis and treatment options.

Masks and related equipment are not refundable because of their personal use in nature. If you are unsure of which is the correct mask for you, please contact your Careica Health Care Team to schedule a mask fitting appointment.  

Other items that Careica Health sells may be returned for refund within 30 days. Note that not all items are eligible for refund due to their personal use nature. Items returned for refund must be in new condition, in original unopened packaging and a copy of the original receipt must be presented. There are no refunds after 30 days. All exchanges and/or returns must be completed in store at a Careica Health clinic.

If you receive an item by mistake, do not open the packaging and contact Careica Health immediately at 1-888-297-7889 to have it corrected. A copy of your receipt and the unopened item will be required in office.

All Careica Health Sleep Care Cloud orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once your order ships, you will receive confirmation and a tracking number from Canada Post. Expected delivery time varies from province to province. If you require further shipping details, please call us at 1-888-297-7889.

Absolutely! If you prefer to have your order shipped to your work or elsewhere, you can make this change when placing your order. Simply enter the address under the “delivery address” section.

Most providers require a hardcopy, printed receipt and not your order confirmation email. Your official printed receipt will be shipped with your order that you can use to submit for insurance or income tax reimbursement.

Your CPAP system is made up of multiple parts. Just like a car, the system works best with proper maintenance, which involves the replacement of certain parts at different times. Many sleep apnea patients may not realize the importance of replacing their CPAP supplies to ensure a comfortable, proper fit and maximum effectiveness. When your CPAP system is working at its best, you'll be able to tell the difference

To prevent the build-up of harmful bacteria, it is recommended that you replace your mask and accessories every 6 to 12 months.

For most CPAP machines, it is recommended that you replace your filters monthly, however for some machines it is every three months. If you are unsure, please call us at 1-888-297-7889 and a Careica Health Sleep Care team member will assist you in determining the frequency.

It is recommended that you replace your CPAP machine every five years.

Daily cleaning of your mask prevents the breakdown of the silicone seal on your mask. It also helps prevent mask leaks, bacterial growth and skin irritation.

Manufacturers recommended that you use distilled water in your water chamber. Failure to use distilled water could void any warranty.
