Masks and related equipment are not refundable because of their personal use in nature. If you are experiencing an issue
with your mask or equipment you must contact your Careica Health care team no later than 30 days from the date of your
purchase so we can assist you with your care.
Other items that Careica Health sells may be returned for refund within 30 days. Note that not all items are eligible for refund
due to their personal use nature. Items returned for refund must be in new condition, in original unopened packaging and
a copy of the original receipt must be presented. There are no refunds after 30 days. Items that are special-ordered for
clients will carry a full warranty but will not be eligible for exchange or return.
